Entrees
Satay skewers (chicken, beef or lamb)
Your choice of marinated meat in a traditional Malaysian style satay sauce grilled and presented on a bed of saffron rice served with a traditional satay dipping sauce
Spinach and ricotta cannelloni
Pasta tubs filled with spinach and ricotta, finished with napoli sauce
Thai beef or chicken salad
Thai beef or chicken, finely sliced, accompanied with coriander and salad leaves, cashew nuts finished with a green curry dressing
Traditional Caesar salad
With poached egg, cheese croutons and bacon strips tossed in our very own Caesar dressing
Tandoori chicken salad
Marinated and grilled chicken fillet sliced and served a side served of salad, cherry tomatoes; cucumber strips drizzled with a raita dressing
Vegetable frittata
Oven roasted homemade frittata with seasonal vegetables finished with a tomato relish
Traditional home made italian lasagne
Layered with bolognaise, béchamel sauce and locally produced cheese topped with shavings of Parmesan

We serve Hardy’s on premise premium collection, cabernet merlot, cabinet Shiraz, chardonnay, riesling and brut, beers we serve are Cascade premium light and Carlton Draught, soft drinks range Pepsi and juices.

We can provide your choice of beverages up to the prepaid amount

Guest's pay individually on consumption
$500.00 deposit required to confirm booking.
All fully catered function includes a 5 hour room hire period.
Final guest numbers are required one week prior, with the final catering balance.
Security may be required at the discretion of the functions manager.
Function prices are based on a minimum of 80 people, final numbers below this amount will incur at $3 per head surcharge.
Function room setup and break down included in all per head amounts.
Entertainment meals are available included is a main meal and complimentary soft drinks at $25 per head.
