Community events - 2008 Australia Day Awards
Cardinia is full of incredible people who make an amazing difference to our communities. Everyone knows someone in their town who drives change or tirelessly contributes their time to community projects.
Help us to recognise and celebrate these people and join in the fun of nominating someone for an Australia Day Award. Anyone can nominate someone for an award, and recipients don’t have to be well known – perhaps they have directed the school choir, worked in the tuck-shop, coached the footy or helped out in just
about any other field of community life.
The 2008 Australia Day Awards are now open for Citizen of the Year, Young Citizen of the year, Senior Citzen of the Year and Community Event of the Year.
Nominations close on Friday 16 November 2007.
