Theatre - Overview
The theatre is well equipped and expertly run by the centre Technical Manager. It is suitable for amateur and professional theatre groups, school performances, dance concerts, touring artists, corporate presentations, bands and most events that involve an audience and a stage. Theatre Bar A theatre bar and restaurant operate prior and post theatrical performances as well as providing bar services at interval. Pre show dinners are catered for bookings advised on 5945 0015. Box Office The Centre provides a professional box office service. Tickets are printed to instructions and clients can access detailed sales reports on a daily basis. The box office hours are from 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday and one hour prior to any ticketed event. To make a booking please phone 1300 887 624. Payments can be made in person or via credit card over the phone. Please note that a postage and handling fee will apply when tickets are to be put in the mail. Online booking is also available for all theatre performances. Car Parking (Loading Bay and Guest Parking) A large loading bay with a 3.2 metre wide and 4 metre high roller door is located prompt side of stage. Seventy delineated car parking spaces are located on the northern side of the building and a further 200 parking spaces are available along Lakeside Boulevard. |
