Formed 25 years ago, the Dandenong Ranges Big Band consists of an 18-piece jazz band with trombones, trumpets, saxophones, a rhythm section, and two vocalists. They play a range of music from the original swing era of Count Basie, through Latin, Be Bop to Jazz Rock, and many genres in between.
