This vibrant exhibition brings 50 years of Yakkerboo Festival to life with treasured memorabilia, iconic images and nostalgic video — celebrating a proudly volunteer-run event that has been at the heart of the Cardinia community since 1976. 

Yakkerboo Festival 2026 will be celebrated on Saturday 14 February and Sunday 15 February at PB Ronald Reserve in Pakenham. Saturday runs from 5pm, with local musical entertainment, food trucks, rides at carnival prices and fireworks at 9pm. Sunday starts with the footpath parade at 10am, community displays, market stalls, classic cars, food trucks and all day rides from 11am with a $15 wristband, which includes access to the petting zoo and pony rides. There is free entry to the festival both days.
