The Ageing Well Expo 2024 will be happening at the Cardinia Cultural Centre, Lakeside Boulevard, Pakenham from 10am to 2.30pm on Wednesday 8 May 2024.

It will feature:

• Master of Ceremonies, Anthony “Lehmo” Lehmann, a well-known radio host and comic performer
• Keynote speakers including:
• Cardinia Shire Mayor, Jack Kowarzik
• Falls expert, Annette Biviano, who will present on ‘Staying strong and steady for life’ 
• Kirsty Monahan Community Mental Health worker, from the Mental Health & Wellbeing Hub, EACH who will present on ‘Positive wellbeing and you!’
• An expert panel with Q&A session, with presenters and key service providers.
• Stalls by local community groups, Monash Health, Services Australia, Mecwacare, and more.
• A free, light lunch.
